30 day refund and exchange policy

If you find within 30 days that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Juliet&Oliver will gladly refund your idea without restocking fee.

The item must be shipped back within 30 days from the date it was received in new, unworn condition with the original security tag attached for full refund eligibility. The buyer will, however, be responsible for shipping costs incurred when shipping returned item.

Keep in mind that any custom orders or items that have been worn, resized, engraved, altered or otherwise damaged or altered in any way by you or a professional jeweler cannot be accepted for return. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.


Return Instructions

Juliet&Oliver is happy to assist you in the event that you must return your purchase. ALL returns, exchanges or credits must be previously authorized.

Items must be returned undamaged and in original condition. In order to assure a successful return, please be careful to adhere to Juliet&Oliver’s specific return instructions:

Carefully pack item, including any protective wrapping similar to that used when the item was originally shipped to you.
Place the item snugly inside a NEW (not reused) cardboard shipping BOX available at most Post Offices.
Securely cover the entire box with PAPER mailing tape.
Address the package to Juliet&Oliver’s secure return mailing address, given once a return is authorized.
Send the package by Priority Mail International (Registered AirMail). This service should cost approximately $20-$30 and is not covered by Juliet&Oliver. Allow approximately 10 business days for the package to arrive to the Juliet&Oliver office.
Email Juliet&Oliver with the tracking number once the shipment is complete.

    For your security, all returns will be processed after our laboratory inspects and verifies the condition of the item. We will call or email you upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Juliet&Oliver does not take responsibility for any personal or third party losses.

    Do not write “Juliet&Oliver,” “jewelry,” “diamonds,” or other luxury-related words anywhere on the package, as this invites possibility of theft. Contents should be described as “fashion accessories” and a $20 value on the customs declaration form.

    Please do not use Express services such as USPS express, EMS, FedEx, etc. If an item is returned via Express Mail or not per Juliet&Oliver shipping instructions, the package will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
